Our handmade earrings unfortunately can not be returned once worn due to health and hygiene reasons.
If you are unsatisfied with the manufacturing of our earrings (and you have not worn them) they can be fully refunded by either a store credit or product replacement of the same value. Refund queries must be placed with 30 days from purchase date
We ask you before purchasing be sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase and double check size, address details and email is correct before lodging order, as refunds aren't given on these circumstances.
Refunds are not given on postage and unfortunately we hold no responsibility for the products arrival through post although we take every measure to ensure your good arrive safely.
